Abstract: Through the analysis of the structure design of a vehicle chain in this paper, combined with the research of the position system of the door, it focus on the matching accuracy adjustment method of sliding door which is applied to the multi-purpose vehicles (MPV) models and the selection of the adjustment tools. It will be conductive to adjustment of final assembly online about slide doors. It will be better for the visual effect. Meanwhile through the research of the layout of the chain position and space comparison, summarized the the mathematical structure model of selection of the adjustable nut, tool selection of adjustment angle and adjustment range. It will effectively solve the existing design defects, and make a certain guiding role for other models which can avoid the designed defects for the chain of the door.

摘要: 文章通过对某车型铰链结构设计进行分析,结合车门定位系统的研究,重点阐明了滑 移门在多用途汽车(MPV)车型上应用的匹配精度调整方法,以及调整工具选型,有利于总 装在线调整滑移门尺寸,从而更好地提升尺寸视觉效果。同时通过对铰链布局位置和空间进 行对比研究,总结出铰链可调螺母选型、工具选型调整角度及调整范围的数学模型结构。从 而有效解决已有的设计缺陷问题,为其他车型铰链设计规避设计缺陷提供了一定的指导作用。
