Abstract: Quality is the lifeline of an enterprise, the competition among enterprises is actually the competition of products, and competitiveness of a product is mainly in its quality. Commercial vehicle industry is now facing the historic opportunity of overall transformation into new energy, also a great challenge. Establishing and expanding the leading edge, leading the development of commercial vehicle industry, requires the rapid and healthy development of enterprises which must have a mature quality system management as guarantee. From the aspect of quality management, this paper introduces a practical experience of carrying out quality management system maturity in new energy commercial vehicle enterprises, by implementing standards throughout the entire process with quality management maturity evaluation mechanism, which promote the effectiveness of implementation of various activities within the organization, enhance the effectiveness of the quality management system, and raise the operation quality of enterprise.

摘要： 质量是企业的生命线，企业的竞争实质上是产品的竞争，而产品的竞争力主要体现在 质量上。商用车行业正面临全面转型新能源的历史机遇，也是巨大的挑战。建立和扩大领先 优势，引领行业发展，要求企业快速健康地发展，必须有成熟的质量体系管理作保障。文章 从质量管理方面，介绍在新能源商用车企业推行质量体系成熟度的实践经验，运用质量管理 体系成熟度评价机制，通过全流程的标准落实，全面推动组织内部各项活动的有效实施，提 升质量管理体系运行有效性，促进企业经营质量提升。
