Abstract: According to the connotation and purpose of vocational college skills competition, this paper analyzes the current situation of vocational college auto professional skills competition and the problems of one-sided competition training and ignoring planned course learning in vocational colleges. At the same time, it expounds the promotion effect of vocational skills competition on the construction of teaching plan, the renewal of teachers' teaching concept and the improvement of students' professional skills, and focus on the development of vocational college education and teaching with competition teaching assistants and promotion of learning, and ensure the implementation and good results of professional competitions in vocational colleges.

摘要： 依据职业院校技能大赛的内涵和目的，文章剖析职业院校汽车专业技能大赛现状和职 业院校存在的比赛培训片面、忽略计划课程学习等问题。同时阐述了职业技能大赛对教学计 划构建、教师教学理念更新、学生专业技能提升等促进作用，着力以赛助教、以赛促学的职 业院校教育教学发展，确保职业大赛在职业院校的落地实施和良好成效。
