基于 OBE 的车辆工程专业实践教学模式研究

Abstract: The engineering majors in private undergraduate universities are relatively weak in terms of teachers and hardware conditions, so must pay attention to school enterprise cooperative education in talent training. Combined with the construction requirements of the new engineering and the talent training concept based on outcome based education (OBE), the vehicle engineering specialty has developed a joint training scheme for practical teaching with the cooperative enterprise Geely Automobile Group based on the school enterprise cooperation agreement. Practical teaching focuses on improving students' ability, and forms ways to acquire knowledge, transform knowledge and apply knowledge on the principle of continuous quality improvement and win-win. It constructs an internal and external engineering practice teaching mode guided by academic achievements and centered on solving enterprise engineering problems, forming school enterprise cooperation, whole process participation, complementary advantages and ladder progressive. Application practice shows that after the internship, enterprises are willing to let students stay to work, which proves that students' engineering practice ability, engineering design ability and engineering innovation ability have been effectively cultivated and improved.

摘要: 民办本科院校的工科专业在师资力量和硬件条件等方面比较薄弱,在人才培养上必须 注重校企合作教育。结合新工科的建设要求和基于成果导向教育(OBE)的人才培养理念, 车辆工程专业依托校企联合培养协议,与合作企业吉利汽车集团共同制定了实践教学环节的 联合培养方案。实践教学以提升学生能力为中心,以持续质量提升、多方共赢为原则,形成 获取知识、转化知识以及应用知识的途径。构建了以学业成果为导向,以解决企业工程问题 为核心,形成校企协同、全程参与、优势互补、进阶式的校内外工程实践教学模式。应用实 践表明,在实习结束后,企业愿意让学生留下来工作,证明学生的工程实践能力、工程设计 能力和工程创新能力得到了有效培养和提升。
