Abstract: Enhancing the adaptability of vocational education is an important mission of vocational education reform under the background of "double high" in China. It is necessary to explore a new talent training mode. The automobile detection and maintenance technology major of Fujian Chuanzheng Communications College established a demand-oriented vocational ability model, built a modular curriculum system integrating courses and certificates, carry out curriculum reform and develop new teaching materials, formulate curriculum evaluation standards that meet the ability standards, built a high-level "double qualified" team and domestically first class industry education integration training base. Practice has proved that it can accurately cultivate students' professional ability, improve the quality of talent training, hoping to provide peers with a set of reform ideas for the industry.

摘要: 增强职业教育适应性是我国“双高”背景下职业教育改革的重要使命,需要探索新型 人才培养模式。福建船政交通职业学院汽车专业作为改革试点,建立需求导向的职业能力模 型,构建课证融通的模块化课程体系,开展课程改革和开发新型教材,制定能力达标的课程 评价标准,建设高水平“双师型”团队和国内一流产教融合实训基地,实践证明该改革方案 能够精准培养学生的职业能力,提高人才培养质量,为行业提供一套可借鉴的改革思路。
