Abstract: Through the analysis of BYD new energy vehicles repairman post core ability, combined with the national skills competition of new energy vehicles, the national new energy vehicles key technology skills competition content and scoring standards, docking 1+X intelligent new energy automobile professional skill level certificate examination content. Takes the motor rotation fault as an example, the organic integration of post, class, competition and certificate to cultivate students' comprehensive practical ability of observing phenomena, analyzing causes, diagnosing and solving problems in all departments of electric vehicles. At the same time, it provides reference for vocational education teaching.

摘要: 通过分析比亚迪新能源汽车维修工岗位核心能力,结合全国技能大赛新能源汽车赛项、 全国新能源汽车关键技术技能大赛赛项内容及评分标准,对接 1+X 智能新能源汽车职业技能 等级证书考核内容。以电机旋变故障为例,岗、课、赛、证有机融通,培养学生对于电动汽 车各系统观现象、析原因、会诊断、能排故的综合实践能力,同时为高职课教学提供参考。
