可燃有毒气体探测系统数智化远程监控方式分析

Abstract: At present, in the actual production process of major automobile enterprises, the key fire protection parts are equipped with flammable and toxic gas detection systems, such as painting lines in painting workshops. Due to the traditional application of this detection system, the alarm information is only found by the on duty personnel in the monitoring room or the on-site personnel, and there is no major potential safety hazard risk found by the production or on duty personnel when patrolling. This paper discusses in detail how to solve this problem by means of digital intelligent on-line monitoring. After introducing gateway and programming software, remote monitoring and alarm of combustible and toxic gas detection system can be realized. At the same time, the paper also introduce how to realize multi-channel digital intelligent alarm of flammable and toxic gases, data analysis and application of remote monitoring system, etc.

摘要: 目前各大车企在实际生产过程中的消防重点部位均设置有可燃有毒气体探测系统,如 涂装车间喷漆线。由于该探测系统应用比较传统,报警信息局限于监控室值班人员或现场人 员发现,在无生产或值班人员巡检时会有滞后发现的重大安全隐患。文章探究和详细论述如 何通过数智化在线监控的方式去解决该问题,引入网关并进行软件编程后,可实现可燃有毒 气体探测系统的远程监控及报警。同时,文章还介绍了如何实现可燃有毒气体多渠道数智化 报警、远程监控系统数据分析及应用等。
