汽车常用塑料的电镀工艺

Abstract: With the continuous development of lightweight technology, plastic has become the most used lightweight non-metallic material for automobiles. As a typical plastic surface metallization process, electroplating not only makes the plastic surface have metallic luster and texture, but also improves the comprehensive performance of plastic parts, effectively promoting the replacement of metal materials and the lightweight process of automobiles. This paper introduces the general situation of automotive plastics, summarizes the application of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polypropylene (PP), nylon/polyamide (PA), polycarbonate (PC) and other plastics in automobiles, and expounds the electroplating process. The result shows that the development of automotive plastics focuses on blending modified plastics and fiber reinforced plastics, and the key is the preparation of electroplating grade materials and the improvement of technology.

摘要: 随着轻量化技术的不断发展,塑料已成为用量最多的汽车轻量化非金属材料。而电镀 作为一种典型的塑料表面金属化工艺,不仅使塑料表面具有金属的光泽和质感,还可以改善 塑料制件的综合性能,有效促进了金属材料的替代与汽车轻量化进程。文章介绍了车用塑料 的概况,总结了丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)、聚丙烯(PP)、尼龙/聚酰胺(PA)、聚 碳酸酯(PC)等塑料在汽车上的应用,并对其电镀工艺进行了阐述。结果表明,车用塑料的 发展重点是共混改性塑料、纤维增强塑料,关键是电镀级材料的制备与工艺的改进。
