Abstract: The conventional measurement methods of cylindrical gear include macroscopic measurement such as common normal line, span bar distance, and microscopic measurement such as tooth shape, tooth direction and cumulative error detection by using gear detection center. This paper analyzes the random errors in the measurement results of Gleason MM measuring instrument, the effects of the actual measurement instrument parameter setting, the type of workpiece to be measured, workpiece clamping and related factors on the results, identifies the core influencing factors, and finds effective solutions to provide a basis for the process research institute to optimize the production process as soon as possible. It also provides an effective identification method for detection technicians to identify and eliminate random errors and issue effective and reliable detection reports.

摘要: 常规的圆柱齿轮测量手段包括公法线、跨棒距等宏观尺寸测量,以及采用齿轮检测中 心进行的齿形、齿向、累积误差检测等微观尺寸测量。论文针对格里森 MM 测量仪测量结果 中的随机误差,与实际测量仪器参数设置、被测工件类别,工件装夹以及相关因素会对结果 造成的影响等进行了分析,确认了核心影响因素,并找到有效解决办法,为工艺研究所尽快 合理优化生产工艺提供依据,并为检测技术人员识别和排除随机误差,出具有效可靠的检测 报告,提供了一种行之有效的鉴别方法。
