Abstract: In view of the high accident rate of domestic road transport of dangerous goods, decen- tralized road transport vehicle standards, many design reference standards, and inconsistent understanding of standards, the paper first defines the applicable products that meet the paper based on the summary of design standards and design processes; Secondly, the tank design process of road transport tank semi-trailer for liquid dangerous goods is studied, and the design flow chart is established; Finally, according to the design flow chart, from the aspects of design input, design conditions, determination of design parameters, tank structure design and system design verification, the key points of tank design are emphatically discussed, and the design methods and precautions in the design process are introduced in detail, which effectively improves the design quality and efficiency of new products. The research has certain theoretical significance and engineering application value.

摘要: 针对国内危险品道路运输事故率高,道运输车辆标准分散,设计参考标准多,标准理 解不统一等现状,文章基于设计标准、设计流程的梳理总结,首先对满足文章的适用产品进 行界定;其次,针对道路运输液体危险货物罐式半挂车的罐体设计过程展开研究,制定了设 计流程图;最后,依据设计流程图,从设计输入、设计条件、设计参数确定、罐体结构设计 及系统设计校核等方面,重点论述了罐体的设计要点,详细介绍了设计方法及设计过程中的 注意事项,有效提升了新产品设计质量及效率,研究具有一定的理论意义和工程应用价值。
