Abstract: Reasonable oil quantity design of lubrication system can effectively improve the working efficiency of electric drive system. By analyzing the principle of heating, cooling and lubrication of electric drive system of pure electric vehicle, this paper establishes the principle of optimal oil quantity of electric drive system on the basis of satisfying the optimum cooling, lubrication and efficiency of electric drive system. Based on this principle, this paper designs an oil quantity scheme of a 160 kW oil-cooled three-in-one electric drive system, and verifies the feasibility of the scheme through experiments. The optimal oil quantity design principle proposed in this paper has a certain engineering guiding significance for the oil quantity design of oil-cooled electric drive system.

摘要: 合理的润滑系统油量设计能够有效地提高电驱系统的工作效率。文章通过分析纯电动 汽车电驱系统发热、散热和润滑的原理,在满足油冷电驱系统冷却、润滑和效率最优等性能 的基础上,确立了油冷电驱系统最佳油量原则。依据该原则设计了某款 160 kW 油冷三合一电 驱系统的油量方案,并通过试验验证该方案的可行性。文章提出的最佳油量设计原则对油冷 电驱系统油量的设计具有一定的工程指导意义。
