Abstract: With the rapid development of new energy automobile industry at home in recent years, the penetration rate of new energy vehicles in China has exceeded 27 % in 2022. Various automobile related enterprises have a lot of development, innovation and application of new technology products, and the test technology for product development has also been a lot of innovation and development. The dual motor drive reducer static torsion test bench proposed in this paper is an important performance verification solution for the new energy dual motor drive gearbox development stage. Based on the parameters of new energy dual motor drive gearbox and the principle of static torsion test, this paper puts forward the overall design scheme of static torsion test bench. Under the total design scheme, the drive unit, data acquisition system and control unit are designed. Therefore, this paper is of great significance for the development and design of the static torsion test bench of the gearbox driven by the new energy dual motor, and provides a method reference for the development and design of the bench test solution.

摘要: 近年来国内电动汽车产业高速发展,我国电动汽车的渗透率在 2022 年已超过 27%。各 家汽车相关企业针对新技术产品有很多的开发、创新和应用,针对产品开发的试验技术也随 之有了很多创新和发展。文章提出的双电机驱动减速箱静扭试验台是针对电动汽车双电机驱 动减速箱研发阶段重要的性能验证解决方案。基于电动汽车双电机驱动减速箱参数结合静扭 试验原理,提出静扭试验台总体设计方案,在总计设计方案下针对加载单元、数采系统、控 制单元等进行详细设计。文章提出的静扭试验方法对电动汽车双电机驱动下的减速箱性能评 估具有重要意义,也为同类静扭台架解决方案提供了一种方法参考。
