Abstract: After the three-in-one electric drive assembly is equipped with a pure electric sport utility vehicle (SUV) on the market, the vehicle will emit a similar whistling sound when driving under working conditions of 1 500 to 10 000 r/min. After the noise, vibration, harshness (NVH) test analysis of the abnormal sound vehicle, according to the NVH test analysis results, the NVH optimization measures are proposed. The macro and micro parameters of the gear are optimized, and then combined with the software simulation micro contour to reduce the transmission error, improve the contact spotting of the gear tooth surface. By trial production of parts, testing and verification of packing test bench, subjective evaluation of the whole vehicle on loading, and NVH test and analysis, finally some constructive suggestions are given to solve the optimization of the electric drive three-in-one NVH, and some practical optimization measures are given to solve the typical NVH problems such as the loud noise of the gear of pure electric vehicles.

摘要: 三合一电驱动总成搭载某款纯电动运动型多功能车(SUV)上市后,车辆在 1 500~ 10 000 r/min 工况行驶时都会发出类似吹口哨的声音,经过对异响整车噪声、振动与声振 粗糙度(NVH)测试分析,根据 NVH 测试分析结果提出 NVH 优化措施,优化齿轮宏观、 微观参数,再结合软件仿真微观修形减小传递误差、改善齿轮齿面接触斑点情况,试制 零部件,装箱试验台架测试验证、装车进行整车主观评价、再进行 NVH 测试分析,最终 给出解决电驱动三合一 NVH 优化的一些建设性意见,对解决纯电动汽车齿轮啸叫异响噪 声大等典型 NVH 问题给出一些实际可行的优化措施。
