基于轮毂电机的分布式驱动底盘集成设计

Abstract: Aiming at the requirement of transforming the central motor drive vehicle chassis into a distributed drive, the complete engineering design is carried out first, the vehicle layout scheme is expounded, and the new braking scheme of the vehicle is calculated. Then, the front and rear axles are designed into new steering knuckle and rear-axle adapter, and computer aided engineering (CAE) analysis is carried out on the simulated working conditions. This study summarizes the general design principles for the project of transforming electric vehicle into in wheel motor drive, and provides the process template and engineering reference.

摘要: 针对将中央电机驱动汽车底盘改制成分布式驱动这一要求,首先进行了完整的工程设 计,阐述了整车布置方案,对整车新的制动方案进行了匹配计算。然后将前后轴机械改制设 计成新的前轴转向节和后轴转接盘,并设计模拟工况对零件进行计算机辅助工程(CAE)分 析。此研究为电动汽车改制成轮毂电机驱动的项目总结出了通用设计原则,并提供了流程模 板和工程参考。
