Abstract: In order to ensure the quality of the vehicle mounted touch switch to meet people's requirements for effective triggering and rapid response of its functions, this paper makes an in-depth study on the reliability of the vehicle mounted touch switch. Firstly, the basic principle and function realization process of the vehicle mounted touch switch are described in detail, secondly, considering the differences of switches in different areas and different functions, this paper analyzes a variety of influencing factors that need to be paid attention to in the research, the development and design stage of products, such as installation location and human-computer perception,and finally, based on the influencing factors of reliability, the design requirements of vehicle mounted touch switch are proposed. Through the technical research on the on-board touch switch, this paper provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent research and development of such products, and has important reference value in the fields of vehicle building engineering applications and intelligent cabin quality evaluation.

摘要: 为了保证车载触控开关的质量能够满足人们对其功能有效触发和快速响应的需求,文 章针对车载触控开关的可靠性做了深入研究。首先详细阐述了车载触控开关的基本原理和功 能的实现过程,其次考虑到不同区域、不同功能的开关具有一定的差异性,分析了产品在研 究开发设计阶段需要关注的多种影响因素,例如安装位置和人机感知等,最后基于可靠性的 影响因素提出了车载触控开关的设计要求。通过对车载触控开关的技术研究,为后续此类产 品的研究开发提供了理论基础,在造车工程应用和智能座舱质量评价等领域具有重要的参考 价值。
