Abstract: The application of RPS theory to achieve the tolerance control of high-quality vehicle dimension, but there are deficiencies in RPS design efficiency. In order to solve the problems such as lack of centralized management of RPS design resources, the complexity of RPS standard part positioning operation, and the inability of RPS to achieve correlation between stations, form a soluatiom based on the product life-cycle management (PLM) platform and combine with the actual business development mode. Through the practical application of the scheme, the preliminary evaluation shows that the RPS design efficiency has been improved by at least 30% compared with the past, and the RPS design efficiency and quality have been greatly improved.

摘要: 定位基准系统(RPS)理论的应用实现了整车尺寸高质量的公差控制,但在 RPS 设计 效率上仍存在不足。为解决 RPS 设计资源缺乏集中化管理、RPS 标准件定位操作的复杂性以 及工位间 RPS 无法实现关联关系的问题,基于产品生命周期管理(PLM)平台基础并结合实 际业务开展方式形成解决方案。通过方案的实际运用,初步评估 RPS 设计工作较过往效率提 升至少 30%,RPS 设计效率和质量得到大幅度提升。
