Abstract: In order to verify the connection reliability of adhesive nuts on carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP), the curing rate and sensitivity to adhesive surface treatment requirements of polyacrylate (PA) and polyurethane (PU) structural adhesives are studied and compared, it is found that PA structural adhesive has better construction technology performance. Then, two kinds of adhesive nuts, M6 and M8, on the stiffener plate in B column, are taken as the research objects, and PA structural adhesive is used to make samples, the installation reliability of adhesive nuts and their performance after electrophoresis baking are investigated by testing the failure torque and transverse vibration axial force of adhesive nuts. The test results show that the connection performance of adhesive nuts meet the design requirements of products. This study fully demonstrates the connection reliability of carbon fiber composite adhesive nuts, and the design of the adhesive nut connection process has practical guidance significance for the application of carbon fiber composite materials in body.

摘要: 为验证碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)上胶粘螺母的连接可靠性,研究和对比聚丙烯酸酯(PA) 和聚氨酯(PU)结构胶的固化速率和对胶粘表面处理要求的敏感性,发现 PA 结构胶具有较 好的施工工艺性能。然后以 B 柱中加强板上的 M6 和 M8 两种胶粘螺母为研究对象,采用 PA 结构胶制作试样,通过测试胶粘螺母的破坏扭矩和横向振动轴向力,考察胶粘螺母安装可靠 性和电泳烘烤后的性能。测试结果表明,胶粘螺母的连接性能均满足产品的设计要求。研究 充分论证碳纤维复合材料胶粘螺母的连接可靠性,设计的胶粘螺母连接工艺对于碳纤维复合 材料在车身上推广应用具有现实指导意义。
