Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of planner checking supplier process designer (PD) data and standardize supplier data design behavior, data inspection software for body-in-white digital factory based on PD has been independently developed using innovative thinking models. The software is programmed using C# language in the. NET environment, and supports to check data node attributes and tree structures, and it is also supports the configurable function of checking rules, enhances the software's scalability, and the software can 100% check the compliance of node attributes and tree structure with technical specifications, and provides a good error view for easy problem finding and correction. At present, the inspection software has been applied to various vehicle model projects, which can effectively perform inspection work, greatly improving the efficiency and accuracy of data inspection, and the total data inspection time of a new vehicle model project PD digital factory can be shortened from 45 days to about 20 days, which is an excellent digital case of cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

摘要: 为提高规划员检查供应商 Process Designer(PD)数据的效率,同时规范供应商的数据 设计行为,运用创新思维模式,自主开发了基于 PD 的白车身数字化工厂数据检查软件。该 软件采用.NET 环境下的 C#语言编程,同时支持数据节点属性和树结构的检查、支持检查规 则的可配置功能,增强了软件的可扩展性,软件可以 100%检查节点属性和树结构与技术规范 的符合性,并提供了良好的报错视图,方便问题的查找和更正。目前该检查软件已经在公司 各车型项目上应用,可有效地执行检查工作,极大地提高了数据检查的效率和准确性,一个 全新车型项目 PD 数字化工厂数据总检查时间可从原来的 45 天缩短到 20 天左右,是一个降 本增效的优秀数字化应用案例。
