Abstract: For the problem of liquefied natural gas (LNG) cylinder support cracked in durability test of a natural gas heavy truck, the durability performance of this structure is evaluated from two dimensions which are strength and fatigue analysis. The problem areas are consistent with the road test results, at the same time, after optimizing the structure for the existing risks, the problem is solved in the subsequent validation. It shows the simulation scheme is reasonable and can effectively guarantee the durability performance of this type of structure.

摘要: 针对某天然气重卡车辆耐久试验中液化天然气(LNG)气瓶支架开裂问题,从强度分 析和疲劳分析维度考核该结构的耐久性能,分析问题区域与实车路试结果一致,同时针对存 在的风险进行结构优化后在后续验证中问题得到解决,说明该仿真分析方案的合理性,能够 有效保障该类结构的耐久性能。
