基于 dSPACE 的 CVT 耐久试验控制系统

Abstract: In the application development of continuously variable transmission (CVT) project, system-level durability test is one of the essential product design verification.This paper briefly introduces structure and working principle of CVT, and establishes a durability test method for CVT based on dSPACE DS1006 real-time platform, and the database is imported through MATLAB, the real-time control models are established by Simulink, and the automatic operation of the test is realized by Python. Examples are given to illustrate the method of monitoring the limit value of important parameters of the transmission during the test. This control system has high control accuracy and improves verification quality.

摘要: 在无级变速器(CVT)项目应用开发过程中,系统级别的耐久测试是必不可少的产品 设计验证之一。文章简要介绍了 CVT 的结构和工作原理,基于 dSPACE DS1006 实时处理平 台建立了用于 CVT 的耐久试验控制系统,通过 MATLAB 导入数据库、Simulink 建立实时控 制模型、Python 来实现测试的自动运行,并举例阐述了测试过程中对变速器重要参数限值监 控的方法。此控制系统具备较高的控制精度,提高了验证质量。
