Abstract: The low rolling resistance tires can effectively reduce the fuel consumption of the whole vehicle. In order to develop a low rolling resistance tire product suitable for light truck models, and verify the effect of reduced tire rolling resistance coefficient on tire grip performance, wear performance and vehicle fuel consumption, the paper starts from the design of tire rolling resistance reduction scheme, and uses the method of comparison and verification of low rolling resistance tire products and non-low rolling resistance products to verify the performance of vehicle braking, stability, wear and fuel consumption in detail. Through the test verification, the rolling resistance coefficient of the final developed low rolling resistance tire product is reduced by 17%, the fuel consumption of the whole vehicle can be reduced by about 5.35%, and the performance of braking, stability and wear can meet the needs of the whole vehicle.

摘要: 低滚阻轮胎可以有效降低整车油耗,为了开发一款适用于轻卡车型的低滚阻轮胎产品, 并且验证轮胎滚阻系数降低对轮胎抓地性能、磨耗性能及整车油耗的影响,文章从轮胎的降 滚阻方案设计开始,采用低滚阻轮胎产品与非低滚阻产品对比验证的方法,对整车制动、操 稳、磨耗及油耗等各项性能进行了详细验证。通过试验验证,最终开发的低滚阻轮胎产品滚 阻系数下降 17%,整车油耗可降低约 5.35%,制动、操稳、磨耗等性能满足整车需求。文章 比较全面地介绍了低滚阻轮胎的开发过程和整车验证情况,建立了轻卡轮胎正向开发流程, 为后续产品开发验证提供依据。
