Abstract: In order to ensure the functional safety of dual clutch transmission (DCT) transmission torque transfer, a monitoring strategy of clutch torque is designed based on the requirements of ISO 26262 standard and according to technical safety requirement of transmission control unit (TCU) should correctly calculate clutch torque. A method of calculating clutch pressure based on redundancy of clutch speed is proposed to monitor clutch torque. The monitoring model is created based on MATLAB/Simulink, and finally the model simulation test is carried out. The test results show that the designed monitoring strategy conforms to ISO 26262 requirements and ensures the functional safety of DCT torque transfer.

摘要: 为保证双离合变速器(DCT)传递扭矩的功能安全,基于 ISO 26262 标准的要求,针 对自动变速箱控制单元(TCU)应正确计算离合器扭矩的技术安全需求设计了离合器扭矩监 控策略。提出基于离合器转速冗余计算离合器压力的方法,最终实现对离合器扭矩的监控。 基于 MATLAB/Simulink 创建了监控模型,最后进行模型仿真测试。测试结果表明,所设计的 监控策略符合 ISO 26262 要求并保证 DCT 传递扭矩的功能安全。
