Abstract: In order to ensure the continuity and implementation of the platform, the key dimensions and module interfaces of the front and rear suspension systems are defined. According to the research and analysis of the mainstream models in the market, the performance bandwidth and size bandwidth of the vehicle modular platform are formulated. In the modular design of front and rear suspension systems, the evolution scheme is formulated to meet the development needs of different models. Adopt the modular development mode of automobile, it can effectively reduce the types of parts, shorten the product research and development cycle, reduce research and development costs, and improve product reliability. Finally improving the overall generalization rate of the vehicle.

摘要: 为保证平台的延续性和可实施性,需对前后悬架系统进行模块的关键尺寸定义和模块 接口定义。根据对市场主流车型的调研分析制定出整车模块化平台的性能带宽和尺寸带宽。 在前后悬架系统模块化设计中,通过制定模块化演变方案,以适应不同车型的开发需要。采 用汽车的模块化平台开发方式能够有效降低零部件种类、缩短产品研发周期、降低研发成本、 提升产品可靠性,最终提升整车的通用化率。
