Abstract: The nonlinear characteristics of the structure of the damper make its own frequency influenced by the environmental factors, which is the difficulty in the frequency design of the damper. This paper mainly studies the influencing factors of the frequency characteristics of damper, and concludes that the frequency characteristics decrease with the increase of temperature and excitation. Combined with a case, based on the boundary conditions of temperature, acceleration and frequency at the maximum resonance of the whole vehicle, a 6.6 kg damper is calibrated on the bench, and it is verified on the whole vehicle.

摘要: 动力吸振器结构的非线性特性使得它本身的频率受环境影响因素较大,环境影响是动 力吸振器频率设计难点。文章主要通过研究动力吸振器频率特性的影响因素,得出频率特性 随着温度和激励力的升高而降低。结合某案例,基于整车最大共振处的温度,加速度和频率 边界条件,在台架上调校出 6.6 kg 质量的动力吸振器,并在整车上得到了验证。
