Abstract: When the new energy vehicle is started and powered on, the high-voltage input will generate a surge current at the moment of opening, and when the surge current is too large, it will lead to the failure of electronic devices connected to the high-voltage. In order to prevent this, a precharge circuit can be added to the circuit system. Taking the brushless motor drive controller of new energy vehicles as an example, this paper expounds the role of the precharging circuit in the high-voltage brushless motor controller, and designs the corresponding precharging circuit. The experimental results show that the precharge circuit can avoid the damage of related devices caused by excessive surge current.

摘要: 新能源汽车在启动上电过程中,其高压输入在开启的瞬间会产生浪涌电流,浪涌电流 过大会导致与高压连接的电子器件失效。为防止这种情况发生,可在电路系统中加入预充电 路。文章以新能源汽车无刷电机驱动控制器为例,阐述了预充电路在高压无刷电机控制器中 起到的作用,并设计相应的预充电路。通过实验验证得出,该预充电路能够避免因浪涌电流 过大而导致相关器件损坏。
