Flexible Manufacturing Planning Concept of Body Platform under the Rapid Development of New Energy Vehicles

Abstract: The aim of this study is to explore the use of automated guided vehicle (AGV) in automotive manufacturing to enable flexible manufacturing to adapt to market changes and consumer demand. Through observation and analysis of the SAIC Volkswagen production line, it is found that the company successfully produced new energy and other platform models on the existing fuel vehicle production line under financial and time pressure. To enable free switching of positioning fixtures between different platforms, heavy-duty AGV are used to carry positioning fixtures for various models on their backs and to switch fixtures freely inside and outside the bodywork line. The research methodology consists mainly of observing, analysing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different manufacturing strategies. The results show that the use of a flexible manufacturing planning concept enables the free switching of positioning fixtures for different platforms with minimal investment, the most compact footprint and the least amount of production line modification, thus satisfying the integration of various shapes and various platform models. This study has validated the effectiveness and feasibility of flexible manufacturing using AGV in the automotive manufacturing sector. This finding provides new ideas and methods for the automotive manufacturing industry to respond to market changes and consumer demands, and helps to improve production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.

摘要: 论文旨在探讨在汽车制造领域中,利用自动导向车(AGV)实现柔性制造以适应市场 变化和消费者需求。通过对上汽大众生产线的观察和分析,发现在资金和时间压力下,企业 成功地在现有燃油车生产线上生产新能源和其他平台车型。为实现不同平台定位夹具的自由 切换,采用了重型 AGV 背负着各种车型的定位夹具,在车身生产线内外进行夹具的自由切 换,观察、分析和比较不同制造策略的优缺点。结果表明,采用柔性制造规划理念,能够在 最小投资、最紧凑占地面积和最小生产线改造量的情况下,实现不同平台定位夹具的自由切 换,从而满足各种造型和各种平台车型的集成。研究验证了在汽车制造领域中,利用 AGV 实 现柔性制造的有效性和可行性。这一发现为汽车制造业应对市场变化和消费者需求提供了新 的思路和方法,有助于提高生产效率和降低制造成本。
