Abstract: In the automobile manufacturing industry, the gluing process is widely used in the production process of the body-in-white welding workshop. Due to the incomplete function of the gluing equipment itself, human reasons and insufficient intelligence of the equipment, the gluing material is not used to the maximum extent, and the maintenance efficiency and maintenance cost also have a large optimization space. Through the analysis of the problems generated in the production process, the technical improvement of the gluing equipment and the study of the intelligence degree of the equipment with the help of digital technology, the gluing material can be fully used, the maximum utilization of production materials has been achieved, and the obvious effect has far-reaching significance for environmental protection. At the same time, it improves the work efficiency of maintenance personnel and optimizes the maintenance cost.

摘要: 在汽车制造业中,涂胶工艺广泛应用于白车身焊装车间的生产过程中,由于涂胶设备 自身功能不足够完善、人为原因以及设备智能化程度不足等多方面原因,胶料并没有最大程 度地被使用,维修效率和维修成本也有较大的优化空间。通过对生产过程中产生的问题进行 分析,对涂胶设备进行技术改进以及借助于数字化技术对设备智能化程度进行研究,使得涂 胶胶料可以充分使用,实现了生产材料最大化利用,取得了明显的效果,对环境保护也有深 远的意义,同时提升了维修人员的工作效率并优化了维修成本。
