Abstract: The valve guide seat processing technology is the engine cylinder cover key parts of the machine with one of the key technologies, high temperature, the use of mechanical friction and chemical corrosion environment, the valve and valve seat components require very high, as the engine compression ratio is more and more big, the engine under stress is becoming more and more big, the valve guide and valve seat ring geometric accuracy requirements also more and more high. This topic focuses on the engine cylinder head valve seat machining related content. In order to find a general method of valve seat machining, and identify various failure modes of valve seat machining, provide various solutions to machining anomalies.

摘要: 气门导管阀座加工技术是发动机关键零部件汽缸盖机加的关键技术之一,高温、机械 摩擦及化学腐蚀的使用环境,对气门与气门阀座组件要求极高,随着发动机的压缩比越来越 大,发动机承受的应力也越来越大,对气门导管和气门座圈的几何精度要求也越来越高。文 章重点研究发动机缸盖气门阀座机械加工相关内容,找到气门阀座机加工的通用方法,并识 别气门阀座机加工的失效模式,提供加工异常的解决方案。
