Study on the Welding Process of 1 700 MPa Grade Ultra-high Strength Protective Steel

1 700 MPa 级超高强防护钢焊接工艺研究

Abstract: In order to ensure that the performance of welded joint of armor steel meets the requirements of product structure design, the welding experiments of 30MnMoTiB (4.5 mm), a new type of armor steel of 1 700 MPa grade, are carried out by three kinds of welding processes: metal active gas (MAG) arc welding, laser-MAG hybrid welding and laser wire filling welding, 830 MPa grade low-alloy steel welding wire of ER83-G is adopted. The test results indicate that the MAG welding undergoes significant deformation, moreover, the fusion of the weld base metal is relatively low, and the joint strength can only reach 64% of the standard tensile strength value of the base metal; laser-MAG hybrid welding and laser wire filling welding has almost no deformation, and the fusion ratio of the weld base metal is high. The joint strength can reach 81% and 93% of the standard tensile strength value of the base material, the welding strength and efficiency have been significantly improved on the basis of MAG welding.

摘要: 为保证装甲防护钢板焊接接头性能满足产品结构设计需求,采用熔化极气体(MAG) 保护焊、激光-MAG 复合焊和激光填丝焊三种焊接工艺,对 1 700 MPa 级国产新型装甲钢板 30MnMoTiB(4.5 mm)进行焊接摸底验证,焊丝采用 830 MPa 级低合金钢焊丝 ER83-G。试 验结果表明,MAG 焊因热输入较大,故焊接试板变形大,且焊缝母材熔合比较低,接头强度 仅可达到母材抗拉强度标准值的 64.6%;而激光-MAG 复合焊接和激光填丝焊的焊接试板几 乎无变形,焊缝母材熔合比高,接头强度可分别达到母材抗拉强度标准值的 81.2%、93.6%, 焊接强度、焊接效率在 MAG 焊的基础上得到大幅提升。
