Abstract: To realize the vehicle automatic parking function, not only need the automatic parking assist module for reasonable parking path planning, but also need the electric power steering module for smooth steering output in order to create a good and comfortable automatic parking experience. Different roads, different scenes of parking performance are closely related to electric power steering (EPS) system automatic parking assist (APA) function. Whether the electric power steering system can meet the performance requirements of the whole vehicle automatic parking, the debugging and calibration of the steering system APA function module parameters are particularly important. The vehicle test shows that it can make the vehicle APA function of various performance indicators to be effectively improved by reasonable debugging optimization of the EPS system APA module parameters.

摘要: 实现整车自动泊车功能,不仅需要整车自动泊车辅助模块进行合理的泊车路径规划, 更需要电动助力转向模块进行平稳的转向输出,才能营造良好舒适的自动泊车体验。不同路 面、不同场景的泊车性能表现与电动助力转向(EPS)系统自动泊车辅助(APA)功能息息相 关。电动助力转向系统能否满足整车自动泊车的各项性能要求,EPS 系统 APA 功能模块参数 的调试及标定尤为重要。整车测试表明,通过对电动助力转向系统 APA 模块参数进行合理的 调试优化,能够使整车自动泊车功能的各项性能指标得到有效提升。
