Power Performance Simulation of Fuel Cell Heavy Truck Based on Cruise

基于 Cruise 的燃料电池重卡动力性仿真

Abstract: 4×2 hydrogen fuel cell heavy truck is the research object in this paper, and its vehicle power system is studied. Firstly, the power system structure of hydrogen fuel cell truck is studied. Secondly, the structural form of the power system of the hydrogen fuel cell heavy truck is comprehensively analyzed, and the power system structure of the hybrid drive of the fuel cell and the traction battery is selected, and the power system components of the hydrogen fuel cell heavy truck are selected and the parameters are matched. Finally, AVL Cruise is used to establish the whole vehicle model of hydrogen fuel cell heavy truck, set the parameters of each module in the whole vehicle model, and test the dynamic performance of the whole vehicle of hydrogen fuel cell heavy truck. The results show that the power performance of the hydrogen fuel cell heavy truck is good, which provides a reference for further optimization of the power system.

摘要: 以太原市某汽车生产企业的 4×2 型氢燃料电池重卡作为研究对象,针对其整车动力系 统展开研究。首先,对氢燃料电池重卡的动力系统结构进行研究;其次,对氢燃料电池重卡 动力系统的结构形式进行综合分析,选择燃料电池与动力蓄电池混合驱动的动力系统结构, 并对氢燃料电池重卡进行动力系统部件的选型和参数确定;最后,通过 AVL Cruise 建立氢燃 料电池重卡整车模型,对整车模型中的各模块进行参数设置,并对氢燃料电池重卡进行整车 动力性测试。结果表明,氢燃料电池重卡整车动力性良好,为后续进一步对动力系统优化提 供了参考。
