电动汽车电机控制器水道设计方案分析

Abstract: The design scheme of electric vehicle motor controller waterway has been flourishing in the industry, and a variety of schemes exist in parallel. The selection of the final scheme has been a difficult problem for the industry. Aiming at this problem, this paper introduces and compares the structural characteristics, performance simulation and manufacturing cost of different waterway design schemes. Finally, it is determined that the waterway seal using bolt fastening after glue is the best choice from the perspective of cost, and the friction welding seal is the best solution from the perspective of reliability and production efficiency, which provides a reference for the subsequent industry to choose the channel design scheme of motor controller.

摘要: 电动汽车电机控制器水道设计方案在行业中一直百花齐放,多种方案并行存在,在最 终方案的选择上一直是困扰行业的难题。针对此问题,论文介绍并对比不同水道设计方案的 结构特点、性能仿真和制造成本,最终确定从成本上考虑,水道密封采用点胶后螺栓紧固是 最佳选择;从可靠性和生产效率上考虑,采用摩擦焊密封是最优方案,为后续行业进行电机 控制器水道设计方案选择时提供了参考。
