Abstract: This paper analyzes the problem of cab vibration caused by the starting and stopping of trucks. When the engine starts and stops, the change of engine rotation causes the change of excitation frequency. When the excitation frequency is coupled with the rigid body mode of the powertrain, resonance vibration occurs. Based on this, the design method of engine torque shaft and elastic shaft, as well as the longitudinal stiffness adjustment method of the mounting system are proposed. Through these two methods, the decoupling rate of the powertrain is improved, and the displacement of the powertrain when the engine starts and stops is reduced, so that the vibration of the powertrain is reduced. According to the theoretical calculation results, a sample is made and verified on the real vehicle. From the actual test results, the effect is obvious, which has guiding significance for solving practical engineering problems.

摘要: 文章针对卡车启停工况时引起驾驶室振动问题的原因及产生的机理进行了分析,发动 机启停时,转速变化引起激励频率变化,当与动力总成刚体模态耦合时,发生共振,使振动 放大。基于此,提出发动机扭矩轴与弹性轴设计方法,以及悬置系统纵向的刚度调整方法, 通过这两个方法,提高了动力总成的解耦率,同时减小发动机启停时动力总成的位移,使动 力总成的振动减少。根据理论计算结果制作样件,在实车上验证,从实际测试结果上看,效 果明显,对实际工程问题的解决具有指导意义。
