汽车温控杯控制系统设计与实现

Abstract: With the improvement of living standards, people's demand degree for automobile is getting higher and higher, and placing a temperature control cup on the automobile is loved by many people. In order to solve the problem of no hot water for long-term driving, an automobile temperature-controlled cup control system is developed.The system adopts microwave heating, adjusts the set temperature value of the liquid (such as mineral water, tea, coffee, etc.) in the temperature control cup by rotating the temperature control cup, and displays the temperature in the temperature control cup, the set temperature value, the set working mode and the fault prompt through the automobile video and audio entertainment system, and the temperature control cup system control the heating temperature curve according to the working mode, so as to achieve the best tasting effect. The temperature-controlled cup lid displays the real-time temperature of the liquid in the temperature-controlled cup through liquid crystal display (LCD), and after a lot of experiments proved the performance of the system is stable and reliable to meet the needs of users.

摘要: 随着生活水平的提高,人们对汽车的需求度越来越高,汽车上放置一个温控杯受到很 多人喜爱。为了解决长时间驾驶没有热水的问题,文章开发了一款汽车温控杯控制系统,该 系统采用微波方式加热,通过旋转温控杯来调整温控杯内液体(如:矿泉水、茶水、咖啡等) 设定温度值,通过车载影音娱乐系统显示温控杯内温度、设定温度值、设定工作模式及故障 提示,温控杯系统根据工作模式控制加热温度曲线,从而达到最佳品尝效果。温控杯盖通过 液晶显示器(LCD)显示温控杯内液体实时温度,经过大量的实验证明,系统性能稳定可靠, 满足用户需求。
