Abstract: The spinning pulley of an engine broke in the durability test. To address this issue, the stress of the spinning pulley system is analyzed using the ABAQUS software based on test loading conditions, the analyses show that the stress safety factor of the spinning pulley cannot meet the design requirement. The maximum stress decline 35% by optimizing the spinning pulley system based on previous analysis, reaching the design requirement. The improved spinning pulley passed the durability test. This indicates that this structural reliability analysis method can effectively guide the design of the spinning pulley.

摘要: 针对某发动机耐久试验过程中出现的旋压皮带轮断裂故障,基于试验状态载荷边界, 利用 ABAQUS 软件对旋压皮带轮系统进行了应力仿真,结果显示皮带轮应力安全系数不满足 设计要求。根据应力结果对旋压皮带轮系统进行了改进,优化后皮带轮最大应力下降 35%, 满足产品设计要求并通过了耐久考核试验。该结构可靠性分析方法对旋压皮带轮设计具有重 要指导作用。
