Abstract: High voltage electrical architecture design of pure electric vehicles has an important impact on the cost, safety and reliability of electric vehicles. The performance parameters of highvoltage electrical components are determined based on the performance requirements of the vehicle. In order to meet the functional requirements and safety requirements of the vehicle, the independent high-voltage electrical architecture and the integrated design high-voltage electrical architecture are compared and analyzed. It is concluded that the integrated design high-voltage electrical architecture can reduce the use of high-voltage connectors, wires, relays, fuses and other electrical components, thus reducing the cost. It is beneficial to the optimization of vehicle layout space and lightweight design of high-voltage electrical components.

摘要: 纯电动汽车高压电气架构设计对电动车整车成本、安全、可靠性能有着重要影响。基 于整车性能需求确定高压电气部件性能参数,在满足整车功能需求和安全要求下,对比分析 了独立高压电气架构和集成设计高压电气架构,得出集成设计高压电气架构具有减少高压接 插件、导线、继电器、熔断器等电气部件使用量从而降低成本、有利于整车布置空间优化、 有利于整车高压电气部件轻量化设计的优点。
