车身覆盖件折边涂胶工艺优化

Abstract: Beijing Benz front-drive vehicle adopts a combination of gluing and hemming connection technology in the four doors and two covers to connect the inner and outer panels of the covering parts. The hemming glue of the covering part is not only used as a strength connection, but also plays an important role in corrosion prevention, so the main engine factory has a strict assessment of the hemming connection process. This article will introduce the hemming glue painting and hemming process of the cover parts of Beijing Benz front-drive vehicle, and analyze and introduce the solutions based on the problems encountered in the production process. After optimizing the hemming glue painting process and hemming process, the glue cleaning workload is reduced and the production downtime related to it is solved. At the same time, it improves the stability in the production process and improves product quality.

摘要: 北京奔驰前驱车四门两盖内采用了涂胶与滚边相结合的连接技术以连接覆盖件内外板。 覆盖件折边胶不仅用作强度连接,同时还起到防腐蚀的重要作用,因此,主机厂对于折边连 接工艺有着严格的考核。文章将对北京奔驰前驱车的覆盖件折边涂胶与滚边工艺进行介绍, 同时结合生产过程中遇到的问题进行分析并介绍解决方案。经过优化折边胶涂胶工艺与滚边 工艺过程,减少了清胶工作量并解决了与其相关的生产停机问题;同时提升了生产过程中的 稳定性,提升了产品质量。
