某柴油车低温冷起动性能试验测试方法

Abstract: Cold start performance is an important indicator of vehicle environmental adaptability. Taking a certain diesel vehicle as an example, this paper takes additional measures of cold start at ?41 ℃ for the whole vehicle, conducts a series of test studies in the low-temperature environment cabin, finds out the key factors that affect the success of the test, verifies, checks and recants one by one, and finally achieves this performance index. The whole cold start test process is to first check the low temperature flow of vehicle battery, starter hardware configuration, as well as oil, filter, fuel oil, wood filter, coolant and other liquids, and then arrange the test personnel and test steps, and finally the engine intake preheating, injection rail pressure, oil pressure, starter towed speed, engine water temperature and other parameters measurement and record. At the same time, analyze, check, rectify and verify the failure of the first cold start test, as well as the successful completion of the second cold start test. This ?41 ℃ cold start test provides a good idea and method for the implementation and rectification of diesel vehicle cold start test.

摘要: 低温冷起动性能是汽车环境适应性中的一项重要指标,文章以某款柴油车为例,针对 整车采取?41 ℃冷起动附加措施,在低温环境舱内进行了一系列试验研究,找到了影响试验 成功的关键因素并逐一验证、排查和整改,并最终达成了此项性能指标。整个冷起动试验 过程为首先对车辆蓄电池、起动机硬件配置,以及机油、机滤、燃油、柴滤、冷却液等液体 进行低温流动性检查,然后再进行试验人员和试验步骤安排,最后进行发动机进气预热、喷 油轨压、机油压力、起动机拖转转速、发动机出水温度等参数测量和记录,同时进行第一次 冷起动试验失败后的分析、排查、整改和验证,以及第二次冷起动试验的成功完成。本次 ?41 ℃冷起动试验为柴油车低温冷起动试验的实施和整改提供了一个很好的思路和方法。
