新车型阶段整车漏水检测及常见漏水问题分析

Abstract: Vehicle water leakage is a problem that needs to be focused on and solved in the research and development and manufacturing of new models, and it is also a key quality index to evaluate whether the vehicle can be mass produced. It involves many reasons and the analysis process is complicated, leading to it becoming one of the difficulties in the quality control of the vehicle. First outline the vehicle rain test and leakage test, then summarize the analytical method of vehicle leakage, and then to a model in the new model stage of several leakage problems analysis, finally put forward corrective measures to solve the leakage problem, as the subsequent new models stage control and quickly solve the leakage problem accumulated experience, at the same time improve the enterprise quality control ability, improve the quality of the vehicle and customer satisfaction.

摘要: 整车漏水是新车型阶段研发和制造需要着重关注和解决的问题,也是评价整车是否可 以量产的关键质量指标,其涉及原因多、分析过程较复杂,导致其成为整车质量控制的难点 之一。首先对整车淋雨试验及漏水检测进行概述,接着对整车漏水的解析方法进行总结,然 后对某款车型在新车型阶段所出现的几种漏水问题展开分析,最后提出整改措施解决了漏水 问题,其为后续新车型阶段控制及快速解决漏水问题积累了经验,同时提升了企业质量控制 能力,提高了整车质量和顾客满意度。
