Abstract: The power battery of pure electric bus is arranged at the top of the vehicle, which will cause the center of gravity of the vehicle to rise, anti-roll ability to reduce, therefore, the structural design of the transverse stabilizer bar is particularly important. This paper summarizes the common structures and layout types of transverse stabilizer bar in China, and analyzes the feasibility of designing the structure through theoretical calculation, which provides theoretical support for the design of transverse stabilizer bar without check.

摘要: 纯电动客车的动力电池多布置在整车顶端,其会导致整车重心升高、抗侧倾能力降低, 因此,横向稳定杆的结构设计就尤为重要。文章总结了国内横向稳定杆的常用结构及布置型 式,通过理论计算分析设计结构的可行性,从而为横向稳定杆的设计与校核提供理论支撑。
