Abstract: There is a risk of large deformation of door frame in the simulation analysis of frontal collision, which can easily lead to dummy damage not meeting the requirements of frontal collision regulations. The structural optimization is carry out by adding a through tube structure inside the side enclosure. The cost of the scheme is low and the deformation of the door frame and the dummy damage value are effectively reduced. Finally, the optimization scheme is verified in real vehicle, and the test results are consistent with the simulation analysis results, which meet the national standard of frontal impact. At the same time, it has accumulated effective experience in frontal collision development and reduced the cost of vehicle design and manufacturing.

摘要: 汽车在正面碰撞仿真分析过程中存在门框变形量较大的风险,该风险易导致假人损伤 不满足正面碰撞法规要求。对此进行结构优化,在侧围内部增加贯通式圆管结构,该方案成 本较低且有效降低门框变形量与假人损伤值;最后将优化方案进行实车验证,试验结果与仿 真分析结果一致,满足正面碰撞国标要求;同时为该车型的正面碰撞开发积累了有效经验, 降低了汽车设计与制造成本。
