浅析客车驾驶员座椅技术现状及发展趋势

Abstract: In order to promote the development of the bus driver seat, the development of the bus vehicle "new four" put forward new requirements for the driver seat, people pursuit safer, more comfortable, more beautiful driver seat. First of all, by elaborating the development history of bus driver seat technology, introducing the differences between bus driver seat and passenger car driver seat, summarizing the advantages of the second generation of air suspension vibration damping driver seat compared with the first generation of mechanical vibration damping, semi-air suspension vibration damping seat. Secondly, through the analysis of the market demand characteristics of bus driver seat, China's laws and regulations requirements, application scenarios, etc., the technical status of bus driver seat is clarified in four aspects: safety, comfort, aesthetics and functionality. Finally, the development direction of the third-generation bus driver seat is proposed, that is electric air suspension vibration-damping seat; the development trend of bus driver seat is foreseen, that is safer, more comfortable, multi-functional, more beautiful, lighter, and human- machine interaction.

摘要: 客车整车“新四化”的发展对驾驶员座椅提出新的要求,人们对更加安全、更加舒适、 更加美观驾驶员座椅的追求促进了客车驾驶员座椅的发展。首先通过阐述客车驾驶员座椅技 术的发展历程,介绍了客车驾驶员座椅与乘用车驾驶员座椅的不同点,总结了第二代空气悬 浮式减振驾驶员座椅相对于第一代机械减振、半空气悬浮式减振座椅的优点。其次通过对客 车驾驶员座椅的市场需求特征、我国法律法规要求、应用场景等方面的分析,在安全性、舒 适性、美观性、功能性四个方面阐明了客车驾驶员座椅的技术现状。最后提出了第三代客车 驾驶员座椅的发展方向,即电动空气悬浮减振座椅;展望了客车驾驶员座椅的发展趋势,即 更加安全、更加舒适、多功能、更加美观、轻量化、人机交互。
