Abstract: With the rapid development of social economy and science and technology, intelligence and networking have become the trend and inevitable trend of the future development of the automobile industry. In recent years, various middle and higher vocational colleges have also set up majors related to intelligent networked vehicles, but they are all in the exploratory stage for the training mode of talents. Therefore, there is still a shortage of technical talents related to intelligent networked vehicles. As the cradle of cultivating high-quality and high-tech talents, higher vocational colleges should integrate the spirit of craftsmanship in the process of talent training, improve the training quality of talents related to intelligent network connection, and cultivate talents that meet the market demand. This paper first starts from the connotation of craftsman spirit, and then analyzes the importance of training professionals in higher vocational intelligent networked vehicle technology based on craftsman spirit. The training of talents can provide a certain reference and reference, and then promote the development of the industry.

摘要： 随着社会经济和科学技术的快速发展，智能化和网联化已成为未来汽车产业发展的潮 流和必然趋势。近年来，各中高职院校也纷纷开设了智能网联汽车相关专业，但对于人才的 培养模式都处于摸索阶段。因此，目前智能网联汽车相关技术人才仍然呈现出十分短缺的局 面。高职院校作为培养高素质高技术型人才的摇篮，应在人才培养的过程中融入工匠精神， 提高智能网联相关人才的培养质量，培养出符合市场需求的人才。文章从工匠精神的内涵出 发，浅析了基于工匠精神高职智能网联汽车技术专业人才培养的重要性，提出基于工匠精神 的智能网联汽车技术专业人才培养策略，以期为本方向的人才培养提供一定的借鉴与参考， 从而推动产业的发展。
