Abstract: In order to improve the noise, vibration, harshness (NVH) performance of the powertrain system and solve the powertrain NVH problem of a vehicle model, the classification of the powertrain system NVH problem and the role of the clutch in reducing the powertrain system NVH problem are analyzed, and the influence of the damping parameters of the clutch on different types of NVH problems is introduced. This paper introduces the universal process of powertrain NVH adjustment, and in the process of solving practical engineering problems, the powertrain NVH problem of a certain vehicle model is optimized by adjusting the damping parameters of the clutch, which has achieved good results and provided a certain reference for the research of similar problems.

摘要: 为了提升动力传动系统噪声、振动与声振粗糙度(NVH)性能,解决某车型的动力传 动 NVH 问题,文章分析了动力传动系统 NVH 问题分类及离合器在减弱动力传动系统 NVH 问题中的作用。探究了离合器的减振参数对于不同类型的 NVH 问题的影响,介绍了动力传动 NVH 调校的通用性流程并且运用在解决实际工程问题过程中。通过调整离合器的减振参数, 优化了某车型的动力传动 NVH 问题,取得了良好的效果,为同类问题的研究提供了一定的借鉴。
