Abstract: Automobile painting is a professional core course of automobile body maintenance specialty. There are some problems in the practical course, such as few practical hours, too one-sided practical content, lack of targeted training, large waste of consumables and so on. This paper integrates a variety of information-based teaching means, and runs through the whole teaching process with network teaching platform and app mobile teaching software, including the release of pre class learning materials, task books and pre class test questions, attendance, self-test and real-time feedback of problems in class, and knowledge expansion and homework release after class. The virtual reality technology is integrated into the course design, course assessment, evaluation design and course implementation of automobile coating course, and the virtual reality practice course is preliminarily explored. After using virtual reality technology to improve the traditional automobile coating practice course, the teaching effect has been significantly improved, the virtual and real projects are closely connected, the teaching cost is saved, the difficulties are solved at fixed points, and the direction of students' improvement is clarified.

摘要: 汽车涂装为汽车车身维修专业的一门专业核心课程,在实践课程中存在着实践课时少、 实践内容过于片面、缺乏针对性训练、耗材浪费大等问题。论文融合了多种信息化教学手段, 以网络教学平台及 App 移动端教学软件贯穿整个教学过程,包括课前的学习资料、任务书、 课前测试题的发布,课中的考勤、自测、问题实时反馈,课后的知识拓展与作业发布。将虚 拟现实技术融入汽车涂装课程的课程设计、课程考核、评价设计及课程实施中,对虚拟现实 实践课程进行初步探索。采用虚拟现实技术对传统的汽车涂装实践课程进行改进后,教学效 果有了明显改善,虚实项目紧密衔接,节约教学成本,定点解决难点,明确学生改进的方向。
