基于 ANSYS 开发设计铁路客车转向架 专用起重吊具

Abstract: This paper seeks to develop and design a special automatic spreader equipment for railway car bogie, including the positioning and analysis device before hoisting, the locking mechanism and automatic release device during hoisting, and establishes a suitable new type of automatic spreader for the production, transfer and storage of railway car bogies. Based on ANSYS finite element analysis software, the static strength and stiffness of the model are analyzed to test the structural strength of the spreader system. Combined with the investigation, when the vertical and horizontal direction of the rated lifting capacity in the horizontal plane deviates from the center line of the spreader by 10% and 20% under the limit working condition, the kinematics and dynamics simulation of the special spreader structure are studied. Verify the motion characteristics of the spreader in the whole working process under different working conditions, which can provide reference for the design of large-scale similar products. Finally, it shows that under the action of 15t load, considering the dynamic load coefficient of 1.15 times, when the load center of gravity deviates from the center line of the spreader in the horizontal plane by less than 20%, the stiffness and strength of the spreader structure meet the use requirements. Its theoretical development size meets the planning requirements and provides calculation support for its structural lightweight.

摘要: 文章寻求开发设计一种用于铁路客车转向架专用自动化吊具装备,包括吊装前定位分 析装置、起吊过程锁止机构和自动释放装置等,建立适宜的新型自动化吊具用于铁路客车转 向架生产、转移及存储。基于 ANSYS 有限元分析软件对模型进行静强度和刚度分析,检验 吊具系统的结构强度。结合现场调研,选取分析极限工况下额定起重量在水平面内的纵横方 向偏离吊具中心线 10%和 20%时,对专用吊具结构进行运动学、动力学仿真研究。验证不同 工况条件下,吊具在整个工作过程中的运动特性,可为大型同类产品的设计提供借鉴。最终 显示,该型吊具结构在 15t 载荷作用下,考虑 1.15 倍的动载系数,载荷重心在水平面内纵横 向偏离吊具中心线 20%以内时,吊具结构的刚度和强度均满足使用要求。其理论开发尺寸满 足规划要求,为其结构轻量化提供了计算支撑。
