Abstract: To explore the optimization path of military shelter vehicle chassis, in order to make a modest contribution to improving the technical level of military shelter vehicle chassis in China. Based on the analysis and investigation of military shelter vehicle chassis integration technology in the early stage, combined with specific project cases, this paper focuses on the relevant contents and precautions of military shelter vehicle chassis optimization and modification, including beam column rear suspension optimization of military shelter vehicle chassis, processing and design of support auxiliary devices, vehicle chassis toolbox and vehicle chassis fuel tank modification optimization module. Through the optimized path of military shelter vehicle chassis, the power system, bearing capacity, toughness and stiffness of military shelter vehicle chassis were effectively improved.The refitting and optimization of military shelter vehicle chassis is caused by the trend of light military refitted vehicles moving into square cabins. Military shelter vehicle R & D personnel should firmly grasp the development opportunity. Military shelter vehicle chassis needs to be continuously optimized in the process of practice, so as to improve the overall quality and level of military shelter.

摘要: 文章探讨军用方舱载车底盘优化路径,以期在提高我国军用方舱载车底盘技术水平方 面略尽绵薄之力。基于前期对军用方舱载车底盘集成技术的分析调研,结合具体项目案例, 重点阐述了军用方舱载车底盘优化改装的相关内容和注意事项,涉及军用方舱载车底盘的梁 柱后悬优化、支撑辅助装置的加工设计、车载底盘工具箱部分以及车载底盘油箱改装优化等 模块。通过军用方舱载车底盘优化路径,有效提高了军用方舱载车底盘的动力系统、承载能 力以及军用方舱载车底盘的韧性刚度。结果表明,军用方舱载车底盘改装优化是轻型军用改 装车走方舱化的趋势所引,军队方舱载车研发人员要牢牢把握发展契机,军用方舱载车底盘 需要在实践过程中不断优化,进而提升军用方舱的整体质量与水平。
