Noise Reduction Research of the Air Compressor of a Range-extend Automobile

某增程式汽车空气压缩机降噪分析

Abstract: In response to the problem of excessive noise from an air compressor of an incremental vehicle and poor subjective perception inside and outside the cabin, the paper designs a basic model of the expansion chamber in combination with the vehicle layout space, and carries out simulation analysis and optimisation of its noise characteristics to obtain an expansion chamber design solution with the best noise reduction effect. The expand chamber was produced based on the optimized model, and the interior and exterior noise of the light truck cab was tested with the optimized expand chamber installed. The test results showed that the interior noise of the cab was reduced by 11.3 dB(A), while the end noise of the intake pipe was reduced by 11.2 dB(A). More importantly, subjective evaluation is very good. Otherwise the surface vibration of the vertical intake pipe was reduced by 75.8%, which have a great contribution to the radiation sound reduction of the air intake system.

摘要: 针对某增程式汽车空气压缩机噪声过大,驾驶室内外主观感受较差的问题,论文结合 车辆布置空间设计了扩张腔基础模型,并对其噪声特性进行了仿真分析和优化,得到了最佳 降噪效果的扩张腔设计方案。基于优化后的模型制作了扩张腔样件,并搭载到整车上进行验 证,试验结果表明,扩张腔方案降低驾驶室内噪声 11.3 dB(A),车外进气管口位置噪声 降低 11.2 dB(A),主观感受降噪效果良好。此外,进气竖管表面振动最大也降低了 75.8%, 对于降低车外辐射噪声也有明显贡献。
