电池管理系统均衡策略测试方法

Abstract: With the development of new energy industry, lithium batteries are widely used in automobile, energy storage, communication base station and other fields, and the control of lithium batteries is getting more and more sophisticated. Among them, the equilibrium strategy of battery management system can ensure that the lithium battery pack can avoid the safety problems caused by the different internal monomer potential, so it needs to be tested and verified in detail. This paper introduces a test and verification system for passive equilibrium strategy that based on the battery management system hardware in loop system, and the purpose for this system is to check BMS can balance the cell whose potential is different. This method can be used to test and verify all kinds of passive equalization opening and closing to meet the design requirements.

摘要: 随着新能源行业发展,锂电池大量使用在汽车、储能、通讯基站等领域,针对锂电池 的控制越来越精细。其中电池管理系统的均衡策略可以保证锂电池组避免内部单体电势不等 而导致的安全问题,因而需要详细的测试验证。文章介绍一种基于电池管理系统来验证被动 均衡策略的方法,以验证电池管理系统能否均衡内部电势不等的单体。通过该方法可以实现 各种被动均衡开启关闭的测试验证,达到设计要求。
