Abstract: High-voltage wire harness is an important carrier of the power and signal transmission and distribution system of new energy vehicles, the compression performance of high-voltage wire hareness terminals is the most important performance index of new energy vehicles. The paper establishes a data analysis model from the high voltage beam terminal of new energy vehicles and finds the best suitable range of the terminal to improve the process ability and quality level of the high voltage harness.

摘要: 高压线束是新能源汽车动力和信号传输分配系统的重要载体,高压线束端子的压接性能是 新能源汽车最重要的性能指标。论文针对新能源汽车高压线束端子压接性能建立数据分析模型, 通过分析相关数据,找出高压线束端子压缩比的最佳适配范围,以提高高压线束冷压接的工艺能 力和质量水平。
